[hackerspaces] Rent: is a space 'business usage'? (legal questions, Germany)

Es geht nicht darum ob ihr denn Geld verdient, sondern wie die Räume genutzt werden
und wie sie eingetragen sind. Wenn’s als Wohnräume eingetragen sind, dann wird ein
Hackerspace, mit Lärm bis in die Nacht und diversen ungesunden Dämpfen, alles andere
als willkommen sein. Wenn die Räume bisher eine Arztpraxis oder ein Büro waren,
dann solltet ihr keine großen Probleme haben, erst recht nicht in einem Stadtzentrum
wo ja eh alles wild durcheinander ist.

Also wenn’s wirklich bisher eine Wohnung war, sucht euch lieber was anderes,
ist auch mit den Nachbarn einfacher.
