[hackerspaces] October 2013 Global Synchronous Hackathon

After almost a years break, I'm going to start announcing the regular
Synchronous Hackathons again.  These event happens on the third weekend
of each month.

We've no set theme as this is more of a reboot of the global nature of
the hackathons.  So get your cameras setup and tested again and we'll
figure out a theme for next month.
