[hackerspaces] Anyone able to help me figure out problem with printrbot?

That does sound like your power supply has trouble supplying the current
demanded by your printer/heatbed and the power supply's polyfuse is
triggered.

* Check if your heatbed short-circuits (Maybe after reaching a certain
temperature)
* Check if your powersupply get's too hot.
* Try another power supply with the same voltage and current rating
