[hackerspaces] October 2013 Global Synchronous Hackathon

After getting the announcement wrong last month the October Synchronous
Hackathon will take place this coming weekend the 19th and 20th.

In Dublin on Saturday and Sunday we should start streaming about 1pm or
12:00 UTC.  So feel free to ask questions or get the guided tour.
