[hackerspaces] [SpaceAPI] v13 is coming close to its final state

Hi,

v13 is a draft since over a year and it's coming close to its final 
state now.

In the past months there were suggestions and feature requests which I 
then discussed with others and finally implemented.

Please have a look at the http://spaceapi.net/documentation .

Now it's still time to request new sensor types or give constructive 
feedback.
