[hackerspaces] Selling 3d printed objects

If you're thinking about cost, remember the little things like wear and
tear on your equipment, shipping costs to get stuff to you (or drive to
pick it up), cost to keep the lights and a/c on for an hour/hours to print
it, cost of mistakes and bad prints, and add that to each thing printed.
