[hackerspaces] Hackerspaces VPN

Hey all,

A network of VPNs would be nice :)

With that said, how do people get verified?   I see ChaosVPN just has
people email them for credentials, but long term there will probably need
to be a better system?  I feel VPNs in the wrong hands could bring some bad
attention to a space.
