[hackerspaces] Rent?

Kwartzlab's old space was $1300/mo for 2700 square feet, our new space
is $1500/mo for 2400 square feet. Membership dues are primarily for
covering monthly expenses (+ insurance, internet access, banking fees),
which normally works out well.
