[hackerspaces] [Discuss] Open Hardware Cooperative

The idea of a cooperative is interesting. I assume y'all had enough of the 
dictator model. But, you know, just saying "we're going to be a coop" isn't 
saying much. Do you guys have a more specific plan? What legal structure 
are you going to use for the coop? Are there already members ready to join? 
Is there an established organization providing support or guidance? I see 
farming on the list, and selling produce seems pretty straight forward. 
Also "R&D" or "making" which I suppose would be a hackerspace; newer but 
there's proven success there. What does "consumer products" mean? Like, a 
retail store, or does it just mean selling the things the members make?

Your indiegogo title specifically says industrial hardware. Are you 
planning to build the GVCS machines?
