Following on the history tidbits in the TRON thread, today AdaFruit posted a link to a 1982 video on UNIX.

Lots of topics are introduced as new and cool that we now take for granted.
At the time, UNIX had been available with commercial support by 3rd party companies for 6+ years.

Its a nice to look back at historical origins - although it is also an example of brilliant techies poorly producing videos (stilted speech, etc)
