[hackerspaces] Seltzer CRM v0.2 Released

Hi All,

We've just released a new version of Seltzer CRM, the open source member
management app first developed at i3 Detroit.  If you have any questions or
comments, please feel free to email me or the dev list.

In this release:
* Module system with database schema tracking
* Member import from CSV
* Export any table to CSV
* Password salting
* Templated welcome emails to new members
* Email admins on new member creation

The github is active, please feel free to add feature requests or hop on
the dev list if you're interested in helping out.  For the next version
we're focusing on adding payment processing.
