[hackerspaces] Repair Cafes - A great idea for hackerspaces

We talked about doing repair events as well, including charging some 
nominal fee, but as is the case, so many members already have their own 
projects to work on, or spend time helping other members do things/learn 
things, it never happened. We're also believers in that whole "teach 
someone how to make/fix things" rather than just make/fix it for them...
