Excerpts from Frantisek Apfelbeck's message of 2012-01-11 23:51:36 +0000:
> Hi to all!
> I want to re-register my domain to another "provider". I'm with Justhost, I got the "deal" few years ago for registration and hosting. After they lost three years of my data hardly apologising and just now blocking my password because it is "too weak" (it's variation is around 70% strength in other systems) I just got enough. My data are hosted already with someone else I just wonder if I can re-register my domain http://www.frantisekapfelbeck.org  with some another provider if my previous payment is lasting till the end of January 2012. I know there are some restrictions about the speed of the transfer I worry it can be too late and I just do not want to give them the pleasure to pay them again. I've got the money on paypal and I'd prefer to move to some rather "open source" or rebel entity, because the "commercial" solution did not work for me. Suggestions?
not rebel or open source itself,
but they support some cool projects and from my experience go by their motto: "no bullshit!"
https://gandi.net

but maybe you'll still find something more indy...
