You might want to add these spaces to your list:

- Usinette, a mix between hackerspace and fablab, I'm not sure about 
their relationship with universities - http://usinette.org/
- Artilect, they're currently hosted in Toulouse University, and they 
might have some feedback for you - http://artilect.fr/
