[hackerspaces] February Synchronous Hackathon and Cupcake Challenge

How do we decide who to send our cupcake to?  Does it matter who we send it
to?  Does it matter if more than one space gets more than one cupcake?
I think there should be bonus points for total distance traveled to show
just how much extra punishment your design can take.
