[hackerspaces] Sister city hackerspaces

Sounds great! You mentioned benefits but how do ye see such a program 
being acted on?

The only way we've worked it so far is that when Frantisek came over 
from Noisebridge, we skipped the probationary period and gave him a key 
straight away.
