[hackerspaces] DARPA Selects Hackerspace Space Program for contract negotiation

I was referring to this Hackerspaces Space Program thread. Even though I'm
not thrilled with the DARPA thing, I still plan on checking out MakerFaire
as an attendee, and not as a participant.
