[hackerspaces] Does your hackerspace help the general public learn about technology? -- let's write a paper about *Deliberating Converging Technologies*

Interesting - we definitely try, as part of our stated goal is the
introduction of people to technology they may not use used before. We
mostly do it through open house nights, where we simply have toys
(microcontrollers and the like out), and are willing to answer and
help research almost any topic. Considering it is a room full of EEs
and programmers, we cover a wide array of tech.
