Hi all,

I see that we have quite a few new spaces coming on-line recently, and
I wanted to let everyone know that we've been hard at work on our Open
Access Control system.

For those that didn't see it the first time, Open Access Control is an
open-source hardware and software design for physical access to your
space. It attaches as a shield to a standard Arduino, and let's you
hook up (2) Wiegand-format RFID/PIN/Magstripe/etc readers, (4) alarm
zones, and 4 relay outputs. It also has an RTC and a bunch more
features for robustness.

Source code, Eagle cad files, and materials list are here:
http://code.google.com/p/open-access-control/

Also, you can subscribe to the new mailing list here:
http://groups.google.com/group/open-access-control

This project is pretty mature, and we've had our system up for close
to a year without problems.

Cheers,
