[hackerspaces] Option for Temporary Email List for Planned Hackerspace

Howdy,

Trying to discover interest for a hackerspace in the East Bay Area of San
Francisco, namely in Oakland (looking toward Temescal-Downtown-Lake Merritt
area).

Wondering if we can set up a temporary email list through hackerspaces.org.
Would be happy to help forge a protocol for this type of request and
incorporate it into the wiki. Already made a page for our spot there:
