[hackerspaces] LayerOne 2011 Call for Papers

We've decided to put on another LayerOne event in Anaheim, CA. I'm
just tossing the CFP link out on here if anyone is interested. Null
Space Labs and the 23b Shop are getting involved with a few aspects of
the conference and I figured I'd open it up to any other groups that
might want to talk/make/showcase anything at the event.
