At "das Labor" we usually allow members to stay over night once in a
while if they do have a key for the space.
Non-members can stay over night if a member with key stays, too.
This is a per case decision, though.

We made the experience that generally allowing people to stay over
night motivates some individuals to think of the hackerspace 
as their flat, which is undesired. (Especially since we don't have a
shower.)
Hence the "once in a while" rule.
