[hackerspaces] Interest in a hackerflat in Berlin?

I'm intrigued by the idea of opening a nice and cozy hackerflat in
Berlin. Including all or most of the advantages and perks a hacker would
want in her/his home. Your imagination...

Everybody who's interested in the idea, just discuss in this thread :)

I personally know of several hackers i met in the last weeks who are
quite interested.
