[hackerspaces] Global Hackerspace Cupcake Challenge

I saw some comments on IRC about restrictions on importing food stuffs.
So I've started a new section on the wiki page [1] to collect relevant
information, so please add any details you find for your country.

Generally small quantities of baked goods for personal consumption seem
to be exempt.
