[hackerspaces] Synchronous Hackathon for December

Not totally done (more fields to fill out, making the "status" part have
a useful phrase depending on what's going on), but it's up and running!

For those of you playing from home, this is implemented in my lidless
video stream analysis software
(https://github.com/eastein/lidless/issues/31) and the config is posted
