At Noisebridge we've used both Sticker Giant and Jakprints -- both very good quality, and both decent price, and both very good people to work with. Sticker Giant was a bit cheaper. We use the vinyl stickers.

Stikkitnow.com was the best price for PS:One's stickers and the quality was good.
