[hackerspaces] San Antonio hackerspace on the List of Hackerspaces

Hey Chris,

every hackerspace added to the wiki will show up on the list of
hackerspaces automagically; however, we're doing some seriouz caching on
that site, so please allow for up to 24h for any changes to propagate.
