[hackerspaces] [HackerspaceSG] Membership Management System for Hackerspaces

Finance in general is a moving target.  It's goal it to create entropy that
in turn creates jobs for idiots.  As a result we really can't deploy a fire
and forget financial management solution.

I suggest we do what all great americans do.

We should hire a small cadre of indians to do the work for us.
