[hackerspaces] Children in hackerspaces.

As a note, point number two, at least in Oregon, USA, is completely
incorrect.  As a property owner, or a renter, you are fully
responsible for what occurs on the sidewalk and the right of way in
front of you house.  If someone slips and falls, they can sue you...
