since there can't be consensus i guess we should call it up for two
kind of "prizes" that can be run, or so. but let's first setup a
voting system with geographical information to see if your
generalisation is true? what a great occasion for such a sociological

maybe a mid-way can be to give prizes to *collective projects* rather
than individual ego-boosting?
maybe is good to have an howto explaining all the possibilities and
pro/cons for running such "wealth redistribution" and "meritocratic"
stuff as prizes?
and why not a lottery then?? (All Hail Random!?!)
