[hackerspaces] RFID userX at Hackerspace

We're using the Arduino, latest rev. There are some tricks to making the
Wiegand26 library work properly, like resetting the variables after every
successful or unsuccessful read. Will send the code over. I'll try to have a
clean/known-working set of libraries and code posted up soon.
