Also, since I'd feel weird if I didn't double-post...

The Non-Profit people we've been talking about our future incorporation have
told us to register as an LLC instead of an NPO, and get 501(c)3 exemption
status on an LLC.  I haven't been able to validate this.  Anyone using
this?  Anyone know if this is legal?

A little tongue-in-cheek bit of information to share, since we're all
renting spaces and likely to be over $5,000/yr...

If you gross less than $5000/yr (probably not leasing a space) you have
defacto tax exemption without any paperwork.
