[hackerspaces] Size question

Just before I go to get some sleep. Last thing I want to see in this  
issue is that some arbitrary decision is pulled out by someone on  
every occation when the situation raises. Some sort of consensus or  
agreed policy about this would be needed. Or there is authority who  
says what happens, but I'm not a big fan
of any authorities :)
