Twitterees, Identicats,

now that Identi.ca[1] released group support, you can join the !hs group[2]
to tweet about hackerspaces. 

Micro-blogging have been around for a while with Twitter[3]. A tweet looks
like: 

  Hey @hellekin, nice you added the !hs group for #hackerspaces.

The @ prefix refers to a username, 
the # prefix refers to a tag,
the ! prefix refers to a group.

Identi.ca runs on Free Software Laconi.ca[4], can forward your tweets to
Twitter and does work with Jabber.
