[sudoroom] Sudoroom open!

Hi Jehan,

It's a logistical thing. While technically it's possible for people without
keys to lock up (I think?) so far we have been just leaving when then last
person with the key is leaving so they can lock up. That was the first time
i'd ever seen someone refuse to leave.

Anyway, it's not a who has more rights things... it's more practically, and
will be solved when the door access systems are all working.
