Hilary also mentioned OTX-West, who have a somewhat similar program in West
Oakland:

Like ACCRC, they use volunteers to help recycle and refurbish old
computers. They seem to be focused more on Windows XP + OpenOffice though.
Not sure how they feel about Linux.
