[foodhackingbase] My Introduction and a Request for Advice

Hello Foodhackers,

I'm Sascha. I am based in Sofia and currently I am restarting my Kefir and
Kombucha Cultures that went into Storage in Summer.

I am not absolutely sure which ones are still god to use, would anyone like
to give me some advices based on pictures and descriptions of the taste?
