[foodhackingbase] (northern) german cheese anyone?

Hi webmind,
As to the cheeses I got:

Oole Pellwormer, Cow, Red Mold 480g

Blauer Künstler turned Charmoix (there is a back story to this), raw milk goat 190g

Buffalo Camembert 200g

These are all soft cheeses.

Hope the Wiki survives til tomorrow.
