My opinion - absolutely yes!

There is quite a decent community of vegan and vegetarian hackers at any event where I was up to now, so this will make quite a decent amount of people happy! Even if there were non vegan around it sounds cool and useful technique.

I will keep in touch and we should coordinate how to do it nice and smooth! (well at least try :-)).

I wonder Benjamin, would you mind to sign in to the "Food hacking base" Assembly at your 29c3 wiki account? It would help us to get the spot etc. more explained in the email below, the dead line is kind of tomorrow so if you can sign in before good, if not later on ...

Many thanks and I'm looking forward to talk to you soon!

Sincerely,

Frantisek Algoldor Apfelbeck

Hi to all,
The dead line for signing for "assembly" in this case Food Hacking Base is already tomorrow!

Subject: [foodhackingbase] Cheese making

Hi,

I am currently working on vegan cheese using soy (milk) and mibrobial
rennet. Although I'm still in the early stages, I'd like to 'present' my
results at the 29c3 and maybe do a batch or two of yogurt/cream cheese
as they don't require any aging. Would this be of any interest to you?

Regards,
Ben
