[foodhacking] Food Hacking & Collaboration at OHM 2013?

I will answer the mail later on today or tomrrow. 

Just quickly to the list and shopping. We will most likely do the shopping during the weekend or just two days or so before the event. I'm shopping for some things already because I want to make kimchi and brews which take longer to mature. We have to decide how much to dedicate to the first shopping - ingredients which we start the event with, we will be shopping during the event too. I would like to have minimum of 300 eu for the first shopping before the event more would be nice but we have to wait for how much the build up costs. 

We have one big gas stove already and food processor on the spot, plus one camping gas stove, fridge with freezer will be transported to the ground on 27th latest. 


Talk to you soon, have to run, I was preparing breakfast, lunch and now also dinner for the OHM volunteers.

Hello everybody,

I am finally back from my vacation and ready to join in again.

First thing: I don't have a sleeping bag and mat. Is there a way how to borrow some, from you or from someone else?

Second: I will try to add my list of ingredients into the google spread-sheet, most likely this up-coming weekend.
When are we going to visit the wholesale? I will be happy to be there and help with shopping, but again, I am available
basically in the weekends only since I have to work full-time during the workdays (or we could go shopping late in the evening?).

Third: I guess the wholesale shopping option applies only to standard foods and the more specialized foodstuffs will be bought from a standard healthy food store, correct? What is the arrangement concerning that?

Fourth, a detail really: I have noticed you plan for only 300 g of walnuts, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds. Can you/we raise it to at least 500-1000 g?

And generally: can you update on the state of the kitchen? How does it look equipment- and energies-wise?
