[sudoroom] Space for Scraper Bikes?

Sudoers,

Talked today with Tyrone, founder of Scraper
Bikes<http://www.scraperbiketeam.com/>,
at Oakland Museum. They did a workshop as part of the bigger "customize"
maker theme from now til May. He mentioned that one of the group's main
priorities is securing a workshop/headquarters. They'd need a bike-friendly
space, so not carpeted office space, and I'd assume street-level would be
ideal but not necessarily required if there's a big elevator.

Any ideas come to mind? 2141 Broadway or elsewhere?

ps They said they could also use website help and promotion in general.
They're working on 501c3 status.
