[sudoroom] Rent-trade for building improvements?

Cool. So can someone else confirm that this question hasn't already been
asked to the landlord? If not, I'm happy to propose it. Or maybe it makes
more sense for someone who's already in conversation with him? I might be
able to mobilize some builder folks if this turns out to make sense, maybe
a good way to bring more people into the fold..
