[sudoroom] Digest Mode?

No worries, let's re-examine the problem and move forward together. I think
we can challenge the assumption of (a) running mailman and (b) running it
on our own vps. Perhaps it's the
easiest/simplest/closest-to-our-open-values but who knows?
