[sudoroom] electronic access

1. There's no need to get an 8600LR pushbar. We can shop around for any
pushbar that is electric *and* works on the door in question, and most
likely get a pushbar that's less expensive.

We can also call the company and see if they have any way to retrofit
the 8600 to have electric control. They probably will just tell us to
buy a whole 8600LR pushbar, but in the event they have some retrofit
kit they're not publicizing on the internets, that could save us a
bunch of money.

2. The $380 power supply is not just overpriced, it's more overpriced
than the damn pushbar. A power supply with battery backup is pretty
trivial to make, especially given that the power in question need not be
perfectly filtered. The parts for that shouldn't be more expensive than
say, $80 or so. Making a 28 volt power supply that can output a handful
of amps isn't hard, and I and others can make one.

3. I have a working beaglebone and a USB wifi adapter, which I'm
willing to use here on the condition that it be put in a locked case
(which is a good idea for security anyway) so it doesn't get stolen.
