[sudoroom] Lease for "Art Studio" in 2141 Broadway

Hey all,

Eddan and I are ready and willing to sign the lease today, after a good
read/review. Please let us know if there are any changes or ambiguities of
which we should be aware. As mentioned before, we should be able to make
this transfer when I meet George at 4pm.
