[sudoroom] Electronic door access control

I talked to George the landlord about putting in an electronic lock
for the art room itself and the door to the outside. He was concerned
about the cost but otherwise had no objections. He suggested we
attempt to split the cost of putting in an electronic lock / electric
strike, with the hair salon. He also said we can get access to the
camera looking out the door, which would be useful for buzzing
non-members into the space.
