[sudoroom] One Room Proposal

Yea, I'm on board too... Hopefully my point wasn't a negative, just a "Hey
we only have 3k, and it costs 3k"  kind of thing.  We will need to pay
Eddan though, and that is really important that we all consider he has
given us a lot.
