[sudoroom] Current Critical Crisis

Howdy Folks,

In order to move forward with Sudo Room, we have two major issues to
resolve, or rather, questions to answer.

1. What is Sudo Room? http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Sudo_room
2. How do we make decisions? http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Sudo_room/income
3. How do we get income? http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/Sudo_room/decisions

These link to the Hackerspaces.org wiki, a place we have been using so far
as an open, participatory, shared knowledge commons for Sudo Room itself.
One day we will run our own awesome, beautiful wiki, but for now, we can
use this to keep things simple!

Feel free to send emails in response to this one, but know it will be very
valuable to move our concepts on to the wiki where they can be annotated
and organized thoughtfully before we communicate and flood each others'
inboxes.

Every page on this wiki is editable by anyone, even anonymously (IPs are
logged if you don't have a user account, but you can create an anonymous
user account too).

Every page also has a "Discussion" tab (e.g.
http://hackerspaces.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Sudo_room/income&action=edit&redlink=1),
where comments about the page itself can be made. This is available, but in
some cases you may need to send a brief email to let folks know they have
been updated. At the very least, I believe I'm following these discussion
pages so I'll get notified.
