It turns out the neighbors directly across the street from 2135 Broadway
will be the future home of the Kapor Center
(http://www.kaporcenter.org/). Or they may already have some offices
set up in there? I haven't seen anyone come in or out when I've passed
by. Does anyone know anything about that?
