[sudoroom] **CRITICAL** Update for 2135 broadway, Oakland, CA

It turns out the neighbors directly across the street from 2135 Broadway 
will be the future home of the Kapor Center 
(http://www.kaporcenter.org/).  Or they may already have some offices 
set up in there? I haven't seen anyone come in or out when I've passed 
by. Does anyone know anything about that?
