[sudoroom] Meeting Mon July 9, 7pm at 2135 Broadway

Wow.

We have something pretty substantial here, folks. We put our heads together
and came up with a plan approved by ALL 9 attendees of tonight's meeting.
We originally set the bar at 2/3 approval, which has been passed with
flying colors. Now this proposal goes up for a vote to YOU, the sudoroom
email list oracle!

NOTE: We are voting on a structure and path to be used to create our actual
articles of association, you can call them bylaws, or other names--but in
the end they will be official governing documents!

SUMMARY: Based on the Organizational Purpose (on wiki), the Organizational
Structure (on wiki), with a mode for individual participation through
Qualificiations for Membership (on wiki), this proposal is to draft by-laws
(or equivalently articles of association, etc) to be ratified through a *
Compact* with *at least 23 members* (as membership is defined on wiki)
which is to be drafted by Monday July 23rd 2012, and approved, if possible,
by Tuesday July 31st, 2012.

We need over 1/2 of the total online votes cast between now and Sunday in
